Most wanted positions

As a Project Manager at Getik, you will be at the heart of our operations, driving thesuccessful delivery of digital banking projects from kickoff to completion. Your role is toensure that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope and budget. Youwill act as a key connector between internal teams and stakeholders, fostering clearcommunication, proactive risk management, and a high standard of delivery across everyproject you lead.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizationaland client goals.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, andrisk management strategies.
Monitor and report project progress, ensuring adherence to milestones, deadlines,and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are clearly defined, delegated,and executed efficiently.
Facilitate progress meetings and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies; escalate criticalissues to senior management when necessary.
Serve as the central point of communication for project updates, sharing regularprogress reports with stakeholders and leadership.
Document and maintain all project-related artifacts, including plans, timelines, andissue logs.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas forimprovement.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within digitaltransformation, IT, or software development projects.
University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a relatedfield.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention todetail and effective prioritization.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and guidediverse, cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to anticipating challenges and deliveringpractical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability toengage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum,Waterfall).

Nice to Have

Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Experience in the financial services or banking sector.
Knowledge of digital banking platforms, including internet banking, mobile banking, ordigital onboarding solutions.
